CMS will address requirements for the Measures Under Consideration (MUC) List, describe the Pre-Rulemaking process, review resources available on the CMS Pre-Rulemaking Website, and set aside time for questions and answers. As a reminder, the CMS Measures Under Consideration Entry/Review Information Tool (CMS MERIT) is currently open and accepting measures for the 2023 CMS Pre-Rulemaking cycle. CMS MERIT will remain open to accept measure submissions until 8:00 PM on Friday, May 19, 2023.

CMS is also offering a CMS MERIT Tips & Tricks Session to review the ins and outs of the tool for measure submissions.
