Updates to Calendar Year 2023 Final Rules: CMS issued final rules that include updates and policy changes for Medicare payments under the Home Health Prospective Payment System, End-Stage Renal Disease Prospective Payment System, Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System and Ambulatory Surgical Center Payment System, and the Physician Fee Schedule. These updates are effective on or after January 1, 2023.
