CMS has posted the electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) specifications for measures proposed for inclusion in the 2026 reporting period for Eligible Hospitals (EH) and Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) in the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program.
