The public comment period for the Total Per Capita Cost (TPCC) cost measure is now open! The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and its contractor, Acumen, LLC, are gathering input on the TPCC measure to determine refinements to the measure’s attribution methodology.

There is still time to submit measures for the 2024 (CMS) Pre-Rulemaking cycle! CMS MERIT will close for submissions at 8:00  PM ET, May 10, 2024.
